Indexing and maybe a sliding rate instead of the flat rate. ? But like you said they will find that to complicated. I just don't see how it's fair that some one who makes all his money via capital gains pays Taxes at a lesser rate than say a NY firemen, and now the capital gainer wants another cut. Jim
