Hi IC, If they do cut the rates again then that should bring the bond rates down and where are investors going to put their money for the Best Return? The Markets! It might take a while for the money to start coming in but it will come in. Watch for the M2 money supply to peak and then come flooding back into the markets when they stabilize. I think that it will take a couple of months for investors to get their confidence back, we shall see. Good Luck IC!
