TC,

Your advice to buy an older version of Partition Magic sounds like a good idea to me. Message #22522. Seems like I'm always coming up with a new disk organization scheme since I partitioned my hard drive a few months ago.

While looking for old and cheap versions I came across this caveat for 4.0: * Not compatible with Windows Me or 2000

Hmmm. Can Any thread members speculate about this incompatibility? Especially Partition Magic users. Seems to me that partitions would be managed outside of windows. Like they are initially with Fdisk. Perhaps this refers to using these operating systems to launch the program rather than being incompatible with the results of using it under dos or win98 on a dual boot system for resizing etc.

What do you think?

Esteban
