Hank/others: when is the meeting (shareholder) of prln. thanks. also, my feeling is the only way out at any kinda price is a buyout. i'm not too sure that the comp can keep going due to cash flo problems, and i don't see any big fish ( private money, venture) coming to the party as they have in the past. right now i hope rhodes is shopping the company, cuz i don't see any cash generating items on the agenda..... imho K
