I feel like Rush Limbaugh (although I hope I don't look like him!!!) Everytime I go out of town, something big happens - We settled!!!!
$1.9 million based on current sales level - I wish it wasn't so expensive but I think it will wind up being a lot less expensive than
fighting the suit. Unfortunately, Quidel wasn't in a very strong bargaining position since the disputed products accounted for such a large % of company sales- they had no choice but to settle.

Now that this is behind Qdel, I hope we start seeing their anticipated double digit growth.
