CD:

Just what the thread needs, a couple of oldsters talking about how when they saw a MTST or Mag card they envisioned everyone in the office having a smaller version just for word processing. I have a brother who was a broker until 88 and a cousin of my fathers has been selling mutual funds since the 50's. I just never got it and knew you should always pick your own and was lucky that my retired father was an engineer who liked keeping the charts up to date. I still have Royal Oak on the books cause at one time, the chart looked good, during the depression he found some work there as an electricians helper after he graduated as an electircal engineer, and we both thought it novel that a woman was running it. Maybe should have looked to Dennison for a clue. Worth next to nothing, but it's not like there is not still gold in the mine. Gotta get up at 6:45 so I better go now. A cruel joke to be old with young children, but I love it and wouldn't miss taking them to school.
