The company is still working on the 20F which will allow the stock to be recommended by US brokers and eventually to be listed in the US. But the listing is not likely to come this year...as this takes more money. BAY is concentrating on the feasibility. They want this in within the next 6 months. That is the priority.

I think that the listing and media blitz will take place after (or at the same time) the feasibility is done in order to raise financing in 2Q2002.

I know that they are currently making representations with groups in the US. But this takes time.
