Good observation! Indeed, the Liaison (Enterprise) business unit of LocusDialog has been spun-off from InfoSpace. Please find attached a short summary of the transaction. As a whole, our relationship with INSP is that they will be supplying the speech recognition engine on which the Liaison product sits through a partnership/OEM agreement.
