If true, and some investors are pissed off because someone leaked it out I can guarantee SEC will be coming after him/her (they have done this before and if you dont believe it ask your high IBM corporate contact because SEC has gone after the likes of him at IBM at least 4 times during the past 2 years and they ended up paying high fines in addition to doing community work. One of them was fired and the other 3 - to the best of my knowledge - still have their jobs but were demoted). Anyway... Good Luck! :)
