Revised MSWIN/WOW formula for BradCCI.

Brookelise, the charts you posted showing Bill S's MACD/CCI system in action were very useful. Thank you for the generous service you provided to all of us. Based on these charts, and from comments from Bill, it seems that the formula for BradCCI is slightly different than posted earlier.

BradCCI:
(((H+L+C)/3)-Mov(C,35,S))/.015*Std((H+L+C)/3,35)

Note that the denominator is .015, not (.015 * Std(...))

The RedLine indicator is proprietary, and Bill suggests using MACD(5-35-4) as a proxy. But it doesn't climb nicely on top of BradCCI the way RedLine does.

By comparing to the charts, I've been playing with an alternative. It behaves closer to the RedLine indicator (visually, ignoring the scale). The downside (?) is that it seems more animated than RedLine. It's in the same family as Stoch-RSI. This is the result of "playing" (visual curve fitting). I'd appreciate Bill's or anyone else's comments if you have found something that you think is closer.

RL-Proxy:
Mov( 1-Div(HHV(C,34)-C,(HHV(C,34)- LLV(C,34))),34,E) * 10+
Mov( 1-Div(HHV(C,13)-C,(HHV(C,13)- LLV(C,13))),13,E) * 15 +
Mov( 1-Div(HHV(C,8)-C,(HHV(C,8)- LLV(C,8))),8,E) * 25 +
Mov( 1-Div(HHV(C,5)-C,(HHV(C,5)- LLV(C,5))),5,E) * 50

Thanks,
Paul
