Chartcraft commentary:

Bullish Advisors moved down to 35.7% from 39.6% last time, while the Bears were up to 37.6% from 36.5% last week. This is the first time we have seen more Bears than Bulls since September-October 1998 and that was a Major Buying Opportunity. We have now worked off the exceptionally low number of Bears we saw on July 20th with the Dow 1,635 points lower. Sentiment is now bullish.
