Eric, I have no idea about any buy back program. In all candor, I don't put much merit in buy back programs. If the company is doing everything right, the reward of owning shares will be the end result for those who wait. As you can see, numerous companies have announced such buy back programs this week...and look at the results. My suggestion...save the money! Spend it on getting the new plant online ASAP and new applications through the FDA. As for buy out....news today form IMCL indicates that the idea is on the minds of many of the big drug companies that don't have the deep pipelines of new drugs. Get IMNX back to the $50 level and then let AHP buy my shares at a premium...One can dream!
