Hey Tom Costello,

you apologize entirely too much.
for weeks now, everything is, "my fault", "sorry about that", or " take my word for it".
this stuff is boring, and unprofessional.

these days, most everyone has a screen.
realtime, or otherwise.
so you aren't telling us anything we don't already know, or can't find out with a click or two.

you need to slow down, and get it right for once.
it's embarrassing.

or at least it should be.
