How hard would it be for any real God to say, to every person on this planet: "Folks, you've got this whole thing WRONG- you are not supposed to kill each other over me. In fact you shouldn't be killing each other at all." He (she or it) could be much more explicit on many fronts, but the preceding announcement would be a satisfactory START.
