Terrorists don't need a good reason to attack ... they don't just attack American institutions, ships and civilians. They have been attacking weaker countries forever ... they didn't need a reason then either. However the U.S. has the might with the world as it's allies to destroy terrorism. Terrorists come from many different backgrounds. A strong country never negotiates with terrorists ... a strong country destroys them or weakens them to a point where they are rendered harmless.

why some folks are attacking American institutions, ships, and civilians?
