We have such an large inventory of weapons already, taking out an armaments or plane building factory would not make a huge difference. It would only make a big difference if we faced a protracted conventional WWIII. In that case it might make more of a difference then it would have back in WWII because military equipment is more complex and specialized and it would take awile to repair destroyed production capacity. If in the future the military is significantly cut (something that seems slightly less likely now) we should be careful to do so without destroying our military production capability. But your right our military production capability isn't relevant to taking on Al-Queda (sp?) or even the Taliban. I have a GTC order in on one stock, and a GTC order in for selling my put position. Neither has been hit and I don't have any money to buy with besides the money for that GTC purchase. Tim
