Helkel, their June 10 press release states:

"Paracelsian also announced that its annual shareholders' meeting has been scheduled for Aug. 13,1997, in Ithaca New York. All shareholders of record as of July 10, 1997, will receive notice of and
be entitled to vote at and attend the meeting."

Though it hasn't been officially announced, I have reason to believe that they are only holding the shareholder meeting because they are being sued in Court to have a meeting. According to their bylaws they should have held the meeting by May 14th. So now they will hold a meeting three months late and about one month before the company will run out of cash. If Rhodes doesn't find a buyer for the company by Septemeber then the company will probably go bankrupt. PRLN had so much going for it 9 months ago. Talk about snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
