Christopher & Banks Corp., Plymouth, reiterated that it expects to earn 30 cents to 31 cents a share in the second quarter, compared with earnings of 25 cents a share in the year-ago period. The company said it has postponed the release of its second-quarter results until Sept. 25 because of last week's events.

Cenex Harvest States Cooperatives, Inver Grove Heights, and Cargill Inc., Minnetonka, signed a letter of intent to form a limited liability company that would operate both organizations' U.S. flour-milling businesses. The new organization will include Cenex Harvest States' five Harvest States mills and 16 Cargill flour mills. Cargill will be the managing partner of the alliance.
