News sounds good in a sea of bad. The question will be:
Will it sell off now the news is out, or will it go up because it is one of few companies with good news. They went up last quarter, a little, before starting to slide. Maybe it is best to short in a few days after the excitement

Or not, year over year growth projections look good, earnings look good, why would you short now? I look at it as given the recent market, it could go down, but if there is any kind of bounce in the next day or two, it flies.

I love Best Buy as a store. We buy CD's, FRS radios, Movies, etc there all the time.

I am not buying or selling the stock right now because of market conditions. That's just me. I don't have a feel for it. I am not buying anything right now, except covers, but if I were buying for a long term, I would consider this one.

I think the economy is headed lower, but, sheesh, they are posting increase profits even with a slumping economy. They must be doing things right.

EDIT: When the market rallied this afternoon, so did BBY.

All of the above of course, is just my opinion.
