"being a homosexual is a chosen lifestyle" Why is that opinion homophobic? It is either chosen or genetic. From what I understand there plenty of people who have opposing opinions on this. Since I can see no other options than choice or genetics I wonder if you would call him a homophobe if he said that homosexuality is genetic. I suspect that you would still call him a homophobe.
