I spent 15 years separated from my brothers. I reunited with them about 4 years ago. They are much kinder now ... I think it was just a childhood thing ... or maybe my Dad threatened them again. It's quite common amongst Indian children (at least in my family) for the older children to pick on the younger ones. The family's mission is to keep the little ones safe ... the older children torment little boys too.

One of my brothers had a social worker come to visit because they were concerned the children were being physically abused. They told them it wasn't the adults but the older children that were hurting the younger children. We got some therapy for those kids!
