Telecom will benefit to the extent that corporations use videoconferencing in place of travel. Not sure how big the market will be, but this event could prompt videoconferencing to become a more accepted and normal form of communication. Video demands enormous bandwidth, and so will require that more dark fiber be lit, and more metro fiber be deployed.
