Far more terrorist groups have their headquarters and financial support in IRAN than IRAQ. I think that like father like son, the junior Bush is looking for something showey, easy enough to be assured of victory but hard enough to look good, and completly ineffectual for the problem. Rearranging gravel in Kabul isn't good enough, and IRAN is more than he can manage. A less than half measure is appropriate for a leader that got less than half the vote.
