Zeev, I'm a bit surprised you'd be biting at this point. While the prices are certainly tempting on these stocks any sustained rally is going to require upbeat news on the economy, in general.

Given that the domino effects of the WTC disaster are virtually incalculable I don't see how anyone can have confidence about when a general upward movement in the economy will begin.

This week alone will see something like 200,000 announced layoffs. This kind of news will strike terror in the hearts of most consumers and discretionary spending will be pulled way back for some time. Businesses will be equally paranoid about making major investments in such an uncertain environment so I don't see what will drive the economy higher. Eventually, gov't spending may turn things around, but, that will take quite some time to have a material effect.
