CGRM closed fri at 12 5/8. I have heard that there has been some institutional buying. Also, I heard the CGRM has not been able to repurchase many shares because nobody is willing to sell any large blocks at the current price. Q3 and Q4 are generally the best quarters for VM companies. OCTL and BSN are both doing quite well in expectation of good quarters.

I read an analyst's buy recomendation for CGRM. He was optimistic about CGRM's plans for an NT product and 1000 port Series 6. He also said that he was comfortable with current mgmnt inspite of their not having a CEO yet.

With CGRM comitted to NT and 1000 port Series 6, I would expect R&D $ to be high. If they expect SG&A to remain at current level, then increased revenues should have very pos effect n bottom line.

Also, CGRM has strategic partnerships with Lucent and Motorola wireless divisions. And a strong presence in China. Series 6 is a solid and stable (after 2 years of problems) platform with lots of potential. Unlike OCTL whose flagship product (Sierra) is nearly 10 years old and very closed, Series 6 is new and standards-based. There is plenty of reason for optimism for CGRM holders. I have managed to dilute the cost of my shares during the drop, so even 12-13 is gain. I am hoping for > 20 by end of year.
