From what I have heard the Chapter 11 status has been extended. By the end of July they are supposed to have their reports sent out. A lack of reports was why the company was halted. I believe this to be true but will check back on my info to be sure. If they are tits up I guess it makes no difference anyway. I wouldn't sell my shares to a broker for a buck just yet though. Jay
