Scott, Those of us that have talked with Paul Metzinger, new CEO of Intercell, have found him to be sociable and open about matters concerning the company and it's new direction. Bill P. and I have agreed that he is a definite improvement over Neild and Company as he is aware of the past actions of IR. If you have read the posts over the last week you will see that Bill and Jon M. has been doing in-depth research and it appears to me that Sigma 7 is going to be a good investment for the company and PIC still has the proven technology, provided that Metz finds an industry partner. I understand that Berg Electronics has shown interest and gossip has it that they offered $50 million to buy it outright. Paul is looking elsewhere and has mentioned a major company in the Orient is in the forefront at this time. He has stated that there will be a joint venture before the end of the year, although he has told me personally that it could come as early as September. Calif Tube has moved into a new, larger building to be able to handle increased orders. Also, they are now using a company called Carl Thompson Associates for investor relations and what else I am not sure. Do you know who Carl Thompson and Ass. are? I would like to know more about them.
I have been a buyer at these depressed prices and have got my ave. share price down to just over a dollar. Have you thought about dipping your bill to lower your average? <G>
