Yes, you're right. That message was a discussion with my wife last night. We were thinking that under the present circumstances, the political will be conditioning the economic.

The economic concerns were put in the back seat. This have the effect of governments throwing caution to the wind and screwing up big way as the case of the deals with Pakistan are showing.

But lets stick to the pure economic and financial aspects.
