A close look at the recent debt transaction executed by Franco Nevada suggests that investing in ECO at the moment might not be wise. It strikes me that investors haven't yet digested the fact that Franco (and to a limited extent, Kinross) have just pulled off a stealth takeover via their acquisition and conversion of the debt. The dilution has not yet been factored in by the market IMHO.
