afghan council of clerics ask bin laden to leave if possible. this is probably not leave dead or alive within two hours. they didn't like w's reference to a crusade. they declare a jihad if u.s. attacks afghanistan against u.s. and those who support u.s. they, like o.j., want to investigate and find the killer of those at pentagon and wtc. they say if there is evidence, then bin laden should be tried by his muslim peers. they have the death penalty- they use it- they move fast.
