I doubt a meaningfull system will ever be deployed. I used to work with the old SDI people many years ago. Mostly, they thought of it as a lifetime of contracts [and career]. They all knew that as soon as you built something, you could build something to get around it just as fast...which meant it was multiple life-times of contracts. Eventually, there will be an Administration that will come to grips with it. jttmab
