At the October 8 1998 low, when the SPX closed at SPX 959.44, SPX Long NOVA TA was 371.7 Million. Today it is about half that level. When you add both SPX Long Funds combined (NOVA & TITAN), we are still lower at 250 Million TA.

Bottom line, when the market comes out of this hole it is going to be more explosive than rocket fuel launching a rocket off the ground.

Yesterday witnessed quadruple oversold levels everywhere. This morning we are attempting to retest the lows.

The minute we hear armed forces going in to smoke out bin laden and taliban, this market will melt-up.
