Thanks for the reply. I really wasn't alarmed so much as found
it odd that a company would ask for an increase of shares of almost
7x. Never seen that in all the years and all the different stocks
i've owned.

This seems to be a highly fragmented business. I can see the
benfits of acquiring small business, especially private, that have
a niche that you need.

One possible need might be production capacity that's not being
used.But then that's a good problem to have.
