In the irrational selling department, HDL and NHHC are both great buys this morning. HDl should trade in high teens based on its very consistent earnings history, and NHHC is certainly worth more than $10 with a steady home health care business. The market is selling off quality stocks with dependable cash flows just because the overall markets suck. Now is the time go get them cheap, IMHO.
