I fear that the war on terrorism may be just one half as bad as the "war on drugs"
The war on drugs has been and out and out failure....even worse than the media has let on
I'm hoping that terrorism is not as pervasive...I believe that it is the pervasiveness of the problem that makes it virtually impossible to solve through "Declaring a War"...which is a whole lot of bluster and not much actually accomplished
The war on drugs is a very good example
