It didn't happen where I live in central Ca. I don;'t know how it could have tripled where you live when the state had passed a cap on prices back in 1996. The wholesale prices were capped and that is why the utility company declared BK.....because the retail prices could not be raised.

There were no blackouts before the election and there were no threats either. That problem has been solved........we have more important problems to deal with now.
