SEPARATION? LOL! Your idea of what separation entails, amounts to the vanquishing of all opinions but your own, to the back of the philosophical bus. You seem to equate freedom of, with freedom from, religion. Who died and made separation of church and state the one universal truth. Why does Atheism become the default position? "how many wars could have been avoided if ALL countries separated church and stae and NO countries were ruled by religious authority." Probably none. People will find reasons to kill one another irrespective of religion, "The only hope for world peace and cooperation IS the separation EVERYWHERE of church and state." EVERYWHERE? Would that be for everyone, universally? Right, that's it. But as I pointed out, that is exactly the position of John Lennon's song. People would then automatically do what is right, even though there is no right to do. No one would want to take what was not theirs, and we could all live in a global coke commercial. Have you told any one else about this magnificent plan of yours? We must let the world know about this. Are you really that naive?
