Most Foreign Expatriate in China has chauffeur(for the sake they come back to their country safely:) Ask Jim about it). They take taxi too. But I don't think why Mr. Wu's taxi should generate significatly high
margin compare to other cabs. It is more cheaper to buy a car than to lease since purchasing a car buy foreign business is tarriff free and
can be used as expense to reduce the tax.

I had said so many times, Hertz was in China more than a year. they have the ability to esytablish the operation quicker than Mr. Wu and more resourceful. If what you heard about DWSC is true, Hertz probably will move their entile fleet to China now :)...
Just call Hertz to check out how are they doing in China.
