but we need to build a better house next time around -- with a solid economic foundation and no more of this "unlimited potential<< Gst if and when the Market comes back again it'll get overvalued again trust me and i don't care i'll ride the next one up as high as they take it. Valuations don't mean sh*t to me just as long as i'm on right side of trend.
