In Wall Street Journal two weeks ago it mentioned that AT & T bought SBC to get their hands on Pac Bell i.e. local phone service without installing the infrastructure. AT T said it would cost 30 billion to install infrastructure across us for local service. Intermedia is a bigger version of ACNS and you see where they are goung by buying Digex. Same thing with UU Net and Worldcomm and MFS which was a big Intermedia. There wil be action on ACNS up to 10 bucks and 15 by the end of the year. The value is in the assets the bonus is in the sales growth. Their lines will never go away and are an improvement on copper wire. Any questions please contact our portfolio manager at our Web site. Web site listed under my preferences.
