Deal - Potential of Collaspe and of Higher Price:-
Haven't seen the terms of the deal other that $15.50 in cash, but this looks like a "Done Deal". I would say that there is very little risk of it falling apart. If anything, there is a greater possibilty of another company making a higher bid. I understand that the corporate insiders do not own a majority of the shares, so we shareholders do have a right to vote yea or nay. And if someone else came along and ofer $18 or so, I would vote for the $18. There may be a lock-up provision or penalty if to AALR if the deal doesn't go thru. It does seem that GTW is getting the company quite cheap. larry
