You believe a government declaration of a project to provide fiber optic to every home in America is a dumb idea. How do you think the market would react tomorrow if Bush announced that tonight? What do you think would be the reaction of the leaders of the tech industry? Do you think Gates, Barrett, Grove, Case, etc. would say it was a bad idea and shouldn't be done.
