The attacks have stepped up discussions of a tech-stock rebound. While the economy will continue to cast a shadow over tech for the near term, says Michael Cohen, co-manager of the Alpha Analytics Digital Future fund (sorry, no snapshot available), the terrorist incidents have revealed greater needs in certain areas. One such area is wireless technology. ``If someone did not have a cell phone in that pandemonium, they wish they did,'' says Cohen. That could benefit Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM - news) and Nokia (NYSE:NOK - news), two of the fund's holdings.
