Bill,

Thank you for trying to be of assistance. Since the variables in this scenario are just too numerous the odds to pick the right remedy in advance are really against me. Instead of worry I decided to go to the Oktoberfest this year. Of course there was an uproar to have one at all.
But the city decided to have one anyway after they ordered or suggested that the UMDADA bands not to play so loud this time. I am kind of interested in hearing how they will manage that.
