I don't see how we avoid testing the lows of 1998. The question is, are we better off now, economically, than we were in 1998? If not, we see new lows!

I say we see at least a DOW 7300!

We'll test the lows of 1300 on the NASDAQ. We may even test the lows of 1000, going back to 1996.

I say 1000-ish on the NASDAQ!
