Heinz,, I just heard a Lawyer on the radio talking about what civil liberties we are likely to lose thanks to this disaster. One interesting point he made I thought was , to call this a War as opposed to a Crime was a step in that direction. This will allow news blackouts and all sorts of measures to be invoked.
