What? You don't have a bootleg Canadian toilet? They actually work! [Fortunately, we have people that like to disable those little flow restricters in faucets and remove those plastic bricks in commodes, so they get a better flush]. But the Canadian parliament plans on being the next OPEC [in fresh water]. Note: Canada refused to sell fresh water to New England during the drought of a couple of years ago. The Canadians want to save that water for more dire times.
