what did you expect him to say? please give him up? pretty please? what civil liberties are you referring to? the feds being able to get a wiretap search warrant on probable cause if it involves potential terrorist activities? do you expect all activities to ensure our safety, protection, and national defense to come without sacrifice, i.e. death? get real, man. learn from history. if you're pissed off, blame the airlines, the airports, and the faa. they knew of the potential danger and that we were not ready for it. we knew what we had to do but didn't do it. heads should roll over that.
