Dubya gave a very fine speech tonight, and I was proud of the Congress too, for standing tall and backing him. I was glad that Rudy got his just recognition, for he has been the thing that has kept New York from breaking down since all of this occurred. But even Rudy has not risen to the occasion as much as George W. Bush, who is beginning to look as if he were made to deal with this crisis......
