I guess anyone burned on Bresea shares who was counting on a class action suit through Harvey Strosberg now knows that Bresea owners will not be included in the suit.

Since then I've been searching for any other suits out there that ARE including Bresea owners in the "class" but without any success.

Anyone have any info I've missed? If so, please post.
